New Life Dance Ministry has policies in place for the safety of our dancers and studio families. If you have any questions about our policies or our class tuition, please contact us.

Tuition & Fees

Registration Fee
$40 per student/per year (This fee is non-refundable)

Tuition
Tuition is $50 per semester, per class.

Semester Dates
2021 Fall:
September 13th – December 14th, 2021

2022 Winter/Spring:
January 10th - May 6th, 2022

Weather Cancellations

The studio is closed whenever Gahanna Jefferson schools close because of inclement weather. Make-up classes will be arranged. If unsafe weather conditions develop after school hours, the decision to close or remain open will be carefully considered. Parents and students will be notified by email. The announcement will also be posted on our website, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook pages.

 

COVID-19 Safety Procedures

Please read through the guidelines below to familiarize yourselves with our current procedures, which are aligned with the state of Ohio’s current orders. Please check back for updates. Thank you for your continued patience and support. We appreciate everyone’s commitment to safety.

Face Masks
• Students are currently not required to wear face masks during dance classes. Although it is optional, we highly recommend that everyone entering the studio wears a mask.
•  When inside the building, all our teachers and staff will continue to wear masks.
•  Unvaccinated adults are asked to wear a mask if entering the building.

Temperature Checks
•  Upon arrival, everyone must have his or her temperature taken with our contactless thermometers.
•  Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 degrees F or above will not be permitted to remain on-site.

Hand Sanitizer
•  The hands of all dancers and staff will be sanitized upon entering and exiting the building.
•  Please do not come to class if you or anyone in your family is not feeling well.

Waiting Area
•  To fit more students in Studio A, our indoor waiting area has been reduced. Additional seating is available in the café area of the main building.
•  There will be no eating in the studio. Dancers should not bring any food or snacks into the building.

Social Distancing
•  Onsite class sizes have been reduced to allow for social distancing.

Sanitation
•  Teachers and staff will sanitize classrooms at the end of each class. This will include wiping down floors and all high touch surfaces, including sanitizing barres, doorknobs, light fixtures, stereo, props, dots, squares, mats, tap flooring, etc.
•  Air purifying systems have been placed inside each dance room to help remove contaminants from the air and improve indoor air quality.

Class Procedures
•  Please arrive on time! Punctuality is crucial to properly enforce our safety procedures.
•  Students will carry all belongings into their classrooms and store them in designated locations.

Virtual Access
•  We will continue to offer Zoom classes for those students who do not feel ready to be back in the classroom. We will live-stream all dance classes live on Zoom.
